Chardonnay – The “new” old classic

Cuvée Pinot – what does it really mean?
- Character: The Cuvée Pinot is a mix of Pinot noir and Pinot Blanc grapes,
(red and white burgundy) both classical varieties. The white burgundy presents
itself classy, dainty with an elegant and strong body. The acidity is noticeable,
but mild. The red burgundy comes with a flavour of blackberry. The combination
of both grapes brought up a unique sparkling wine, which presents itself white,
despite the fact that 50% of red grapes were used.

Riesling – the queen of grapes. The perfect classic.
- Character: This sparkling wine has a typical Riesling-flavour and is afflicted with the aroma of peach!

- Residual sugar: von 12,0 g/L. (Brut) bis 35,0 g/L. (demi sec)
- Alcohol-content: 11,5 – 12,5 % Vol.
- Drinking temperature: 10 – 12°C.

- This Riesling sparkling wine is recommended for all bigger receptions and events.
- It fits all meal with a brighten sauce and as well to all seafood meal's.

Rotling – a new variety of wine?
- Character: Rotling is a very old name for wines, made out of grapes which
came from vineyards which were planted in a mixture of white and red.
(A common way of plantings 150 years ago) It is a fresh and fruity wine
reminding of black currant. It is made from Dornfelder-grapes and
Müller-Thurgau.

- Alcohol-content: 11,5 % Vol.
